Another successful day

I did my BodyFlow class and 4km run that I planned today.
I stayed within my calories. AND I drank all my water!! whoohoo!!!
My goal for tonight is 7 hours of sleep. I guess that means I'd better get my butt off the couch and go to bed.
Tomorrow's my last day at GL. I have a feeling that it's going to be a long and emotional one.
