Ok, I have this one really bad habit. I DON'T track my food when I'm at Richard's house. This usually means that I eat like a crazy person and gain five pounds the week that the boys are at their father's house... I'm so not looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in.

The plan for the remainder of this week was:
Friday - Awesome Abs + BodyPump - DONE
Saturday - bike ride (time and distance TBD) - NOT DONE
Sunday - 7 km run - DONE (48 mins)

Friday and Sunday, I did what I said I was going to do. I had added BodyFlow to my daytimer for Sunday and Awesome Abs for Sunday and I didn't go to the classes. I didn't do my bike ride either. I'll schedule it all for this coming week. See what happens.

Tomorrow begins my 5% challenge. The deal is: 5% of my body weight in 10 weeks. That brings me up to Labour Day. I'll post my goal, change my ticker and such like that there tomorrow morning. Hopefully, this time, I can make it work. I've got a side bet with Richard that I can give up ice cream for longer than he can give up beer. I don't know what my prize will be when I win but it better be good. That's like 70 days w/o ice creamy goodness in the summertime!!! Wish me luck on that one.

Plan for the week of June 29 - July 5th:
Monday - BodyAttack
Tuesday - Run 4 kms
Wednesday - Run 3 kms & BodyFlow
Thursday - Run 4 kms
Friday - BodyPump
Saturday - Awesome Abs
Sunday - Run 7 kms and (possibly) BodyFlow

Let's see how this goes after working 7:30 - 4:00 M, T, Th, F.

For no good reason whatsoever, I'm putting a pic of Richard and the bike in this blog.....

    Penny-summer is tough! And so is fall, winter and spring! I have trouble on the weekends because of friends and family gatherings. I am with you on eating a little too much. (One reason I keep doing these races on the weekends!) I still try and track-hard to do when you are not sure of calories from different local eateries. I just always add extra on the calories given and if too high I eat a little lower the next day. My best advice is I exercise before everything starts for the day on weekends (can't do that on week days). But on weekends if I do it early then it's done for the day and I am free! Good luck on your plan-I am sure you will do great!
