Getting Ready

I am getting ready to go berry picking this weekend. But the biggest weekend is next weekend when I go to PA for a vanfest. I am looking forward to that. So far I have had two days staying within my calorie range, it was not two days in a row.

    I love berry picking too! When I was a kid, my mom says I usually ate more than I would put in the basket. I love any kind of fruit!

    And good for you on having 2 days in your calorie range!!! 2 days are better than no days!!! Try to look at the positive...I find the biggest thing that keeps me on track is NOT beating myself up when I fall off the wagon...so hang in there and keep on keepin' on!!!
