Back in Action!!!

I canNOT believe it's July already! Crazy, huh? Well, the first part of the summer has been a rollercoaster weight - wise. I was doing ok at the beginning and then just lost it mid-June. But I am here and ready to be back in action. I've kept food logs for the last 2 ish weeks. Let's just say I need to stop eating ice cream. :S oops. I'm so proud of myself though for all of the workouts I've done this week!

Mon: Cardio Kick class
Tues: Upper Body/ Cardio warm-up/cool-down
Wed: Lower Body/Abs/Cardio warm-up/cool down
Thurs: Break day ( I worked the day shift today - was basically just worn out).
Fri: (Plan): Swim laps and JM DVD
Sat: (Plan): Cardio & weights
Sun: (Plan): Bike ride

So, that's the rest of the week, and I hope I can stick with the next few days. I need to cut some pop out of my diet and definitely cut back on the ice cream because I KNOW it's not doing me any good. So, going to try and eat a little bit wiser here in the next few days. It's probably good that I'm working during the reunion so I don't have all the food there to tempt me.

So, my summer has only consisted of work and I seriously need to crack open my OChem book! Eek! My to-do list is just creeping up on me and getting longer and longer, it's CRAZY!

So, I'm going to be more active and updating y'all here on Spark. :) Good to be back!
