Get your head on

Thursday, July 02, 2009

It is so hard getting back on the horse when you get off. I have been having a hard time because of not being at home. I have got my self back to the good eating but by having been off of the good eats when gone, it takes quite awhile before the weight will start coming off again. If I was cheating it would be one thing but I wasn't and that makes me angry. You feel so good when you are eating good and by being off my feed bag I even feel bad because of that. whine whine whine
Got that out of my system. Now it's back to business. Sharon

Being away from home is TOUGH on the eating end of things. We were gone for the long weekend, I did all the cooking, I walked a zillion steps each day, and I still feel like I ate like a pig and gained 50 thousand tons. (Staying away from the scale - no sense in finding out how bad it is!)

Here's hoping that you get back on track, on the horse, on the wagon, or on the ball and fee more like yourself again!

I went to my Mothers for a week and gained 4 pounds, usually I gain 5 but anyway what is so frustrating is it only takes me a week to gain 5 pounds , and 2 months to take it off. Now that I am back home I am going to start on "The Beck Diet Solution".

Enjoyed looking at the new photos you posted. Joy

Oh, I KNOW what you mean! Part of our BIGGEST struggle will always be (sad to say) when we are not in our own kitchens, preparing our own food!
