Not at home and being challenged...

Friday, July 03, 2009

...with staying ontrack as much as I can with my eating. I packed alot of healthy stuff and I was pretty satisfiend with day one out of four. We ate at the in-laws this evening and being in the south, I was stuck with the offerings of pan-fried poek chops, taters and VERY SALTY green beans out of a can with obviously more salt added. After eating pretty clean like I have been those beans tasted awful to me. My preferemce for the lean pork I cook at home is on the old grill so the chops tonight were pretty heavy. Oh and there was the peach cobbler. I ate a little and when my MIL was not looking I gave the rest to my husband.

I also had three Michelob Ultras this eveing and that is a very rare thing for me to do lately. If anyone needs proof...my food tracker is open for all to see.

I will not have a chance the next few days to get in my walk/runs in since we are in the middle of nowhere. I took a long walk/run this morning on purpose cuz I knew it would be Sunday that I could go back to normal. I had ALOT more energy today over yesterday.

That is all for now.
