Running faster

The last three out of four evening runs I've spent running with the guys at the front-ish. It's improved my times considerably. I've averaged 5:44/km twice and 5:58/km once. I'm usually a 6:00-6:20 kind of runner. I'm liking the changes a lot.
In the last four days, I've averaged 1807 calories a day. My range is 1480-1830. I've been good with fruits, vegetables and water, too. Another small victory.
Now if only I can make it to my next two planned classes.
