5% Challenge Week One Report

Ok so the challenge this week was to schedule our fitness so I did. Here was my plan.
Monday - BodyAttack - didn't happen. I had to sit home and wait for the boys to return from their dad's.
Tuesday - Run 4 kms - I got 'er done!!
Wednesday - Run 3 kms & BodyFlow - I ran but did not go to flow class. I just ran out of time between work and run club.
Thursday - Run 4 kms - DONE DONE DONE
Friday - BodyPump - I got invited to a BBQ. Given the way my stomach still feels
today... I should have gone to BP
Saturday - Awesome Abs - got lazy so it didn't happen
Sunday - Run 7 kms and (possibly) BodyFlow - I ran (again) but didn't go to Flow. Richard brought the truck over and we loaded the garbage out of my backyard to take to the dump. Maybe now, I'll do something creative with my yard.
I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow (sarcasm). Average calorie intake this week was: 1852 (22/day over) and that doesn't count Friday because I have no idea what any of my calories were after 5:00 p.m. I just know that none of them were good. Now I'm going to head to bed and try to dream up a challenge for week two.
