WoW todays exercise was something else. I really didn't feel like exercising at all. I went to bed late, and got up early this morning. Me and my husband had to do our grocery shopping this morning so I ate a little something. When we got back home I put on my tennis shoes and dreaded getting on that treadmil. Well, I got on and did 60 minutes of pushing myself. At first I had to talk to myself and sike myself out! At the last 30 minutes I decided to push it more and so I added 4.5 incline and boy did it work my butt! I had soo much sweat, my son and husband told me my eyes were red. Of course this is due to the sweat getting into my eyes. I felt so happy when the time said 5 seconds. Then I got off to the side rails and smiled BIG! I was so happy to be finished! Oh gosh! Then I went and started the second part of my workout which took and extra 40 minutes that includes weights, 500 crunches, leg lifts, etc. So looking forward to Tuesday's workout. I know my body thanks me for treating it well today. Sometimes all we need to do to encourage ourselves is just DO IT!

Okay...are you psychic? You read my mind....lol. Oh man there are days that I physically have to have an outer body experience to make myself workout. Like yesterday....and looks like it today. I'm supposed to be working out right now...not messing around on SP. lol.

Your are right though about something else, AFTER your done, it does feel the best! Love that feeling. Sometimes, the ONLY reason I think I exercise is just to get "that rush". haha.

So true, not just with exercise but also with many parts of our lives. Just do it and get it over with. But don't forget to enjoy the activity. Keep up the good work.
