5% Challenge - Week Two Begins

CHALLENGES FOR WEEK TWO:
Add a minimum of 60 fitness minutes to what you did last week.
Stay within calories this week.
My results for last week:
I was up one pound to 129 when I weighed in on Monday morning. I'm not surprised but I'm not impressed either. I scheduled fitness last week and scored about a 50% on that. I only completed 1035/1800 and that's down from the 1938 minutes I had been average over the past month. I did all my running but nothing else. I was, on average about 35 calories above cals everyday except Friday.. I REALLY overdid it on that day. The weekend wasn't much better than Friday.
So far this week I've run once and blown my calories once. I really cannot get into this. BLEH!
MY plan for this week is to get back on track with my calories.
Monday - off
Tuesday - run 3 kms
Wednesday - run 4 kms
Thursday - run 3 kms
Friday - BodyPump
Saturday - walking (A LOT) around Drumheller.
Sunday - run 9 kms.
