Two great workouts

Calories - too many (334 over - damn cookies)
Workouts - DONE - 60 minutes of strength/cardio with Denise Beatty and 18 minutes of running.
On the plus(ish) side, I got all of my fruit, vegetable and water servings today. I burned over 600 calories.
Tomorrow my focus is:
no unplanned snacks
Stay within calories.
Go to BodyPump.
Get a good night sleep =)
This was my trainer for this evening. If you feel the need for a kick-butt workout, you should go online and grab one of her DVDs. Trust me, they're worth it.
