My calories are good (great, even). Fats 24.8% Carbohydrates 56.5% Proteins 18.7% (almost bang on!!) and they should be 30%, 55% and 15 respectively.
I had NINE servings of fruit and vegetables.
I went to BodyPump.
I had two unplanned snacks but they didn't hurt my calorie goal.
I didn't have any cookies =)
I'm going to bed early tonight. Thankfully because, after last night and tonight, I feel like I've been through army training. LOL
