End of week Two

Got my fitness scheduled for next week:
Monday - off (moving furniture)
Tuesday - 4 km run (more furniture moving)
Wednesday - 4 km run
Thursday - 3 km run
Friday - BodyPump
Saturday - Awesome Abs
Sunday - 10 km run & BodyFlow
Now all I have to do is cross my fingers and hope for the best.



Week Two report:
CHALLENGES FOR WEEK TWO:
Add a minimum of 60 fitness minutes to what you did last week. - DONE!!
Stay within calories this week. - That SO didn't happen. I had one good DAY out of seven.
Monday - off
Tuesday - run 3 kms - DONE - 24:16
Wednesday - run 4 kms - DONE - 30:56
Thursday - run 3 kms - DONE - 18:15
Friday - BodyPump - DONE
Saturday - walking (A LOT) around Drumheller. 2.29 kms (58:24)
Sunday - run 9 kms - DONE - 1:02:58
