Swimming

After a long day at work yesterday and then working at church I decided I would stop by my mom's house to drop off shirts for our family reunion this weekend. My brother was there with his daughter and they were just about to head into the pool. So I stayed and joined them. I was planning on going to the gym to run but this was so much more fun. Tonight was the first night this year that my brother has been able to go into the pool. He finally has the tubes removed from his arm and may be able to start work again next week. It has been a very long 7 months battling leukemia but thank God that he pulled through it. It was nice to see him in the pool instead of on the computer by the pool. He really enjoyed playing with his daughter (who turns 3 on Sat). It was a ton of fun and exercise also.
