End of Week Three

This morning when I stepped on the scale it said 130. That's almost a full ten pound gain since January. Oh hell no! That's not going to do at all. SO, I reset my goals and am now allotted 1550 calories. It's going to take quite a bit of dedication in the next few weeks but it is what it is. I've got to get back to my fighting weight. =)
My report for last week:
Monday - off
Tuesday - 4 km run (more furniture moving) - I didn't run but I did move furniture.
Wednesday - 4 km run - DONE
Thursday - 3 km run - DONE
Friday - BodyPump -DONE
Saturday - Awesome Abs -DONE
Sunday - 10 km run & BodyFlow - DONE & DONE!!

I only scored 3/7 for calories. I'm aiming for 5 this week.

Hopefully, I'll come up with some other goals by tomorrow morning.
