Babbling in the Rain

Tuesday, July 21, 2009

This is only Tuesday, and we already have 8 new members in Northeast Arkansas Sparks this week. I am excited about being a Team Leader, but it is a little intimidating, too. Members will leave if the team is not fun.

Rain Rain Rain today. The only exercise I got was the QuickFire Challenge. While I was very busy today, our office did not have a lot of traffic. That gave me an opportunity to walk around the office halls a bit.

Tomorrow is New Student Orientation. I should get exercise points for STRESS on those days! LOL!

I need to work on time management. I want to give 150% to everything, and I need to set myself some limitations.

I am babbling tonight. There is too much going on in my head. I have been home for almost 3 hours, and work is still knocking around my head.

Think I will go have some supper. SPAM sounds soooooooooooooooo good, but I will resist! Trying to stay low sodium this week.

Happy Sparks to You!

Thanks Martha! I can improve! I have not been to the sewing machine all week! Gotta schedule in some relaxation time. Relaxing is just as important to your health as exercise.
