my body and mind feel SO tired and fatigued. i've just been exhausted: physically and mentally!
is it possible to be working out too much? i don't feel that i'm overdoing it (especially after looking through other sparkpeople members' public fitness trackers!), but this exhaustion i'm experiencing is making me think twice. i've been trying to work out 5 days a week with 45-90 minutes of cardio, and 3 days of strength training exercises every week. perhaps i should just limit my cardio minutes to 45-60? try just 4 days a week?
unfortunately, i feel that working out as much as i am now is the one thing that is really fueling my weight loss. but my body feels weak and tired, and my mind is similairly exhausted...double-edged swords!
