The thunder and roar, sounds vibrating
through the air.
I clung low to the ground, staying alert
to the sound.
It sent chills through my body, and quivers
up and down.
As the big bike came nearer, my claws dug
into the ground.
I was ready to pounce, as my back arched
in the air.
Slowly it was going by, didn't see me there.
I relaxed once again, sniffing the air.
When all of a sudden, I was lifted up high
looking into a human's burley eyes.
He began petting me, and talking, "little
lady what are you doing in there"?
My ears laid flat, I began to growlllll,
my nose was wet and cold as he put
me inside his jacket, and rode me on
home.
He named me his "Biker Kitty", how do
you like that?
This is one time it pays, being a CAT.
"I heard it through the grape vine".
Now I am no longer a feline Alley Cat.
