I've been trying to lose weight for almost two weeks now and I have lost and kept off 2 pounds so far. I'm eating 1,300 calories per day to lose weight so that I can better manage my cholesterol and maintian a healthful lifestyle. I treat myself on weekends at at that time of the month, otherwise I'm good goog good!
Looking forward to using this as a tool to help keep me motivated.
