Snack Time is killer!

I'm so glad that I found this site because I'm learning that my snack time is what's killing my healthful eating.

I'm glad I started recording all this information on the weekend when I can be bad because I'm getting a really good look at what I'm doing incorrectly. During the week I'm usually a good champ when it comes to eating right -- and at this point I'm going to have to prove it to myself this week.

Now I do let myself have a day here or there to be a food nut like one day on the weekend and then one day when I'm PMSing (so this week I may fall of the wagon one day) but I'm going to have to find something sweet and something salty that can satisfy me without making me bonkers.

    You will be more successful if you attempt to stay on plan every day. I find that cheat days usually don't work. There are a lot of legal salty and sweet snacks on low carb.

    I completely understand what you are saying. Nobody is expecting you to be perfect all the time so keep up the good work and every day is a new day. Have a good one.
