I really dont get it, how do people get 5000 pts a month. Do I have to live on spark.com or what. I want to know the secret so that i can get points too. I will try and be more dilligent in tracking and putting down my numbers.

    I don't cheat at all as I feel that is just cheating myself, so what would be the point?!! I only track daily as I go. I get do the articles, etc., in the a.m. and post my food as I go through the day. I put down every little thing down to a T. of coffee creamer or a Splash gum! I realize not many have the time, but I make the time since I'm retired. I do a lot for my family, but make the time for me now to exercise and post. Good luck, honey. Just do the best you can.     A lot of members put all their food and exercise in all at once so they don't need to do it every day however I consider that cheating as what it they don't eat what they put down or don't exercise as much as they have already put down

    Yes you have to live here. Comment on message boards, read articles, track any kind of physical activity and invite your friends to get max points each month.

    Or you can just enjoy the site and not worry about the points.
