I'm Getting In the Groove!

OK 3 pounds down and I've saved my nuts or seeds snack for the evening so that I don't go to bed hungry. Tracking is allowing me to see how well I'm doing.

Fabulous day! Looking forward to tomorrow. :)

    Way to go! I feel like I have lost weight, but I am not weighing myself more than once per week. I too am tracking all my food and exercise. I am very motivated right now!
