Summer fling...

Well, I have had a love affair in July. I feel really bad about it. My love affair has been with food. Ugh. I don't know what happened to me, but sometime in the middle of July...I lost my mind apparently! Now I'm right back where I started in June...ugh. Makes me mad when I do stuff like that. I'm sure several pounds are water b/c I've not been drinking water much...nearly none actually. But, my fling is so over...b/c I'm over it. Not in love with the food anymore! Now it's time to get back on schedule and lose some weight!!!!!!!!!

    Honestly Dev, July was the same way for me. I managed to put my weight that I've lost since June back on, ugh. I know most of it was stress, but that's just an excuse for me. We can do this girl! We've done it before and now its time to do it again.

    Hm. I could say pretty much the same thing. July was not a good eating month here either. But now it's August...new month new motivation!
