2. Soda control-2 sodas today

3. Strength-training- 10 Exercises

4 Crunches-120

5. Healthy Eating-Ate at my calorie range

6. Water-10-Cups.

    I can't do 20
    Have you ever tried them on a stability ball?
    They say they are more effective so you do less????

    That's a great already-done list. I've been doing some of Leslie Sansone's workouts, the ones on Exercise.tv. They kick butt a lot more than folks would think, considering it's walking indoors and often in place. Keep up the grrreat work!
