I hope everyone is having a great summer!
My boyfriend and I finally finished P90X last week. I remained the same weight throughout the entire thing, but gained a lot of muscle. Now that it's over, I'm going back to concentrating on weight loss, but maintaining muscle mass. We are going to incorporate some of the P90X routines with standard cardio at the gym.
M,W,F: Cardio (30 minutes)
T: Cardio (30 minutes) and alternating P90X Arms/Shoulders/Triceps with P90X Chest/Back
Th: Cardio (30 minutes) and alternating P90X Core Synergistics with Legs/Back
We also adopted a puppy a few weeks ago, so this has also added 30 minutes of walking to my morning routine and an hour of walking to my evening routine.
Oh-- we got a new puppy! She was a rescue and is about five months old. Unfortunately, the parents were unknown so we only know that she's a hound mix.
I have two weeks at my summer job remaining, followed by a week off and then it's back to classes!
