When the Going Gets Tough......

I started P90X in June because I knew it would be easier to start a plan during the summer. I work at a school, so the schedule would be slower, and the weather would be nicer (which motivates me). I wouldn't have such a hard time getting to my exercise, because I wouldn't have to go to work so early.....but now, the students are coming back! I am running around all the time. I never have a set schedule!! I have been traveling to conferences. My workouts have been falling through the cracks for the last 2 weeks. I have fallen off the "wagon" and am trying to run and jump on again! I set up a schedule for myself early in the summer and now need to reach down deep, to pull out the discipline and commitment to keep going! I want to lose some more weight before my birthday in a month. I can do this! We all can! Bring it!!

    Your only human :) We all have busy life styles. But our health, should take priority over work right? You can't work well if you don't stay strong. Try to get in at least 3 workouts a week, and you should be good to go. P90X is extreme, sometimes 6 times a week is just not doable, but 3 workouts is possible. Pick yourself up and Lets rock and roll sister...

    You can do it! I just started P90X yesterday with my husband -- it's tough and we're only on day 2! But, like you said, the tough get going! You've gotten this far, you can ABSOLUTELY keep going!
