Off, but I'm back on!

I was pretty down starting 2008. I had big plans to be down to 140lbs by X-mas and was not even close. I realize now my goals were unrealistic after just having had a baby in Sept 07 and gaining too much weight and topping the scales at 200lbs the day I gave birth. I lost 40lbs in two weeks and then was at a stand still. Everything I owe for the changes in the way I eat, the way I percieve fitness can be accreditted to sparkpeople. A free program to help people find themselves, the person they always knew that was there, just hiding under the pounds.
Today I am 128lbs. I feel fantastic. I want more, lol. I want to be sparked again. I have taken off the weight, kept it off and now I want to work on continuing to maintain and improving my muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness as well. I have a 2 year old. He'll keep growing (God willing) and I want to run right along with him. Here we go...again.
