Update on my Day

Hey faithful readers (Vandal!!)
I did have a great day, as I knew I would once I put my goals out there.
- Read my cards. I especially like the one out of the Beck workbook that says: "PUT DIETING FIRST -- I have to plan my life around exercise and dieting activities, not vice versa. I deserve to put myself first."
- Tracked all my food and ate well.
- No wine, but maybe a little whine!!
- Did 3 miles on the dreadmill.
So, day one of my new roll! It really is all about the small good choices strung together to make a huge change. So I'm BACK ON TRACK!
