I was down 4 lbs weighing-in this morning...woohoo! I finally broke the 180 range. Today was the first day that I tracked my meals in quite a while, it was a bit of an eye opener. Here I thought I was eating sparsley, maybe 1000 calories at the most, when it turns out to be more like 1300. I guess that's why they say tracking calories is good for you. I'm okay with 1300 calories especially for the amount of exercise I'm doing currently. Ever since Monday I've been exercising at least 2 hours per day. Including taking my bike to work (45 min each way), swimming for an hour and walking at lunch and after work. I haven't gotten into weight training yet, something I need to work on because when I go to the gym I'd rather go swimming. I hope to be able to keep this up, but I'm also realistic to expect only an hour of exercise a day going forward so that I don't get discouraged.
