Hello friends! One week back to a healthier lifestyle! I have religiously logged my food and drank my water. I haven't done my cardio like I should, but I am committed to starting that religiously this week! Just by counting calories, trying to get in at least 5 fruits and veges a day and getting 8 glasses of water in, I have miraculously lost 2 pounds. I wasn't even trying that hard! I don't know how I got off track, but I'm back with a vengence! I've got to beat the stress away, we all have it, it's not going to go away! I've got to learn to manage it and not make it a crutch to go off the deep end! Thank you Sparkpeople!!!!!!
