I have had a great week with my fitness goals. I have cut back on soda about 80%. This is a huge victory for me. The results are, I am sleeping better and a lot less anxious during the daytime. I also seem to have less food cravings and I am drinking a lot more water.
Since I have been exercising, I already feel more energy. I am off to a good start.
1. Cardio-30 Minutes of Walk Away Pounds Workout (2 Mile)
2. Soda control-1 sodas today
3. Strength-training- 10 Exercises
5. Healthy Eating-Ate at my calorie range
