I have had a great week with my fitness goals. I have cut back on soda about 80%. This is a huge victory for me. The results are, I am sleeping better and a lot less anxious during the daytime. I also seem to have less food cravings and I am drinking a lot more water.

Since I have been exercising, I already feel more energy. I am off to a good start.

1. Cardio-30 Minutes of Walk Away Pounds Workout (2 Mile)

2. Soda control-1 sodas today

3. Strength-training- 10 Exercises

4 Crunches-150

5. Healthy Eating-Ate at my calorie range

6. Water-15-Cups.

    Keep up the good work! Anything I read on eating healthier it always says to get rid of or severely limit the sodas. So that is a great way to get started. I am glad you are sleeping better and less anxious - what a blessing.

    Wow. 15 cups of water??? That's great! There was a time when I was drinking 12 and it was a lot! I felt great, though, when I did that.
