I had a very busy but very good day. I had so much energy today. It was great.
1. Cardio-45 Minutes of Walk Away Pounds Workout (3 Mile)
walking- 30 minutes
2. Soda control-2 sodas today
3. Strength-training- 10 Exercises
4 Crunches-300
5. Healthy Eating-Ate at my calorie range
6. Water-10-Cups.
