My current fitness routine is pissing me off!

With that said, I have decided to throw everything into the trash (not really) and start fresh with a fitness routine. Why? Because it is starting to affect my moods and that is not good. Why do I have to be such a mental oddity? You don't need to answer that. If I skip one day of running I get all wonky. My flabby everything is pissing me off so I need to do something about it. So I put a strengthening routine together with the help of the Spark fitness tools. I will NOT be running 6 days now and knocked it down to 4-5 days per week and will do strengthening 3 days per week. I tried giving myself a fitness day off and I am grouchy if I don't do anything. I must force myself to think in moderation and I wish myself alot of uck with that.
We will see how this goes and I have a feeling that if I give it a good shot, everything will fall into place. I am determined to make it so.
