No junk today...

This summer has been seemingly impossible to follow my nutrition plan for more than a few days in a row. Hot dogs and chips and malasadas and cotton candy are calling my name! I've been spending lots of time with the kiddos at amusement parks, and picnics, and hiking, and cookouts, and camping, and vacations to visit friends, and lots of other stuff. Typical "summer" food is everywhere and so hard to resist! But today....finally....I have at no junk food! Yay me! And I finally feel better and no so blah. Yes...that nasty junk always makes me feel blah and not up to par....so why then do I always want to eat it?!?! Is the mystery that I cannot solve..... maybe someone over at the CSI lab can solve the mystery for me.....hehehehe

    Good Job! I often have difficulty resisting when I miss a meal. As long as I eat 4 small meals per day (ex breakfast, fruit; lunch, chef salad; lupper, a slice of veggie pizza and Tea; dinner, baked chicken breast and green beans) then I'm not hungry. But miss a meal . . . and my thoughts turn to food. Miss two meals and I become an eating machine. I simply try to stay consistent to control cravings. Keep up the good work.

    Congratulations! I know how you feel. Eating junk always makes me feel blah, but I can't seem to stop eating it consistently.
