I really surprised myself that I was able to make it through more of the jumping jacks without feeling the need to call 911. I cannot believe the sweat you produce with this wicked workout and this is just Level 1. I shouldn't say "JUST" Level 1 but I can't help but think about the other two levels. I haven't looked ahead yet. So if the next day or so is anything like the first time around, I should feel a little tighter especially in the abs.
After this workout I took Lucy for a 25 minute walk and boy or boy, my thighs felt tight and ya gotta like that. With all of my walking, running and now shred, I am starting to see some toning in my thighs...thank goodness! They were pretty lumpy bumpy prior to May 10 when I started back with SparkPeople. At that time I vowed to myself that I wouldn't try and do all of this in any particular time period. I am glad I am sticking with that plan. It takes alot of pressure off myself and I don't risk burnout. Sure you get toned in a hurry, but I want this to stick permanantly. I am changing my lifestyle for the long term, not just for a trip or something like that.
One thing for sure...I feel awesome!
