As of today, I have lost 18 pounds. I feel so much better about myself and actually found that I like all the water that I drink. I have been walking 2 miles each day at the track. Since my husband works late, I take the kids with me and let them run around the baseball fields. I feel so much better and my mom and dad are proud of me too. They bought me new clothes. This is very close to the weight I was when I started on this diet the first time over a year ago, and I am looking forward to the day when I hit 175 and I can say that I am no longer obese!!!
