Going to eat more, worry less

Thanks to every one who weighed in (ha ha) yesterday with my little dilemma.
I'm still not sure how many calories I should be eating; I can't find the page that Amacuba mentioned that's supposed to tell me how many calories to eat. So if you can direct me I'd appreciate it. This site is huge; it's like wandering into New York City by accident.
Anyway, I DID eat more today. It's before dinner and I've already had 750 calories so far instead of my usual 500. I'm NOT starving and I DON'T have a headache. That's a major plus.
I'm a very competitive person (some would say compulsive) but I've got to stop trying to beat Vandal
every week because it's leading to frustration and hey, it's not working anyway. It did in the beginning, but apparently not any more!
So everyone's right; Makambo, I think I AMgoing to relax and just enjoy where I am now. I'll keep exercising and watching what I eat, but MAXIMUM WEEKLY WEIGHT LOSS won't be my focus. I think maintaining where I'm at right now will be my focus. Maybe if I quit obsessing and white-knuckling it, it will just happen!
