Updated Eating plan

As all things should ... my eating plan has evolved. I am eating lean protein and healthy fats. Chicken breasts, bison, avocado, tomato, almonds ... that's pretty much it. I still keep it simple ... I have no desire to eat anything else. My biggest problem right now is: Not eating enough. My appetite went away, I must admit I am grateful. I usually manage to eat about 1300 calories ... I am supposed to eat 1500-1800 ... I am doing the best I can. I know I won't starve on 1300 ... still some days it seems like I am forcing myself to eat. Some days I can't even get my intake up to 1000 ... I am pretty tough on myself ... I know I am belittling my efforts when I don't eat enough.
I have now lost 85.4 pounds ... I feel incredible. This whole long journey has been a learning process ... and I am getting there one step at a time. I read everything I can get my hands on ... if it makes sense (to me) I integrate it into my routine.
I am 10 months binge-free now ... I can't believe how much I have changed ... physically, psychologically and emotionally. I am smarter and stronger than I have ever been.
