Getting Back in the Groove - Week 31

I must admit that this week I am extremely proud of myself.
All, I repeat, all of my weekly averages are within range for the 2nd week in a row!!! I averaged daily: 1485 calories, 41 grams of fat, 209 carbs and 66 grams of protein. I also burned over 1200 calories.
I am slowly but surely weaning my way off of my crutches and this is allowing me to do more physical activity. I never thought I would be so happy to be able to exercise. I truly missed being able to move!! I even got back in the pool for the first time since my surgery in June.
I still have to do very light exercises, but I'm doing it!! And the best part of it all is that I lost 4.2 pounds this week!!!!
I love eating well and working out, but you just can't beat seeing those lbs drop off of you!!
I have been practicing standing naked in the mirror, trying to get rid of my immediate hatred for looking at myself. I don't see much of a difference in my body even though I have lost 37 pounds since I started. I feel differences in my clothes and I know that I'm technically smaller, but maybe since I've been losing so slowly that I just can't see it or maybe it's all in my head! Next week is my 8th month on SP and I'm hoping to reach 40 pounds lost! I'm so close to being under 200 that I'm starting to get excited!!
