Try, Try Again

Okay, so I have done fantastic for the last few weeks... increasing my exercise, watching what I eat, and it paid off. I had dropped ten pounds. However, weekends are my down fall and this last weekend really kicked my butt. I didn't even drink as much as I usually do or party much at all, yet the calories still poured in!! And once I fall down hard, it's difficult to pick myself up again!
How do you battle those weekend food binges? How do you keep on track?
I am trying again... as usual. My goal is in sight, but far off on the horizon like some distant island that I can barely see and I feel like I will never reach! But I know this is possible for me, for everyone. I need patience!! I need persistence.
So what else can you do when you fall down? Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and try again. If at first you don't succeed, try try again.
