Crappy day at work but got a GREAT workout in early this AM. Was busy busy busy at work and just got home.

My goal is to stay on my program this week without FAIL. I heard today there is a half marathon coming up in a nearby city. Need to check it out, see when it is, and see if it is possible to train in time to do it.

TC and I have WALKED several half marathons in the past as well as one FULL marathon, and it is a highly motivating thing to do. So I'll let you know!

Hope everyone had a GREAT DAY!

It seems to me that I will never be able to even WALK a half-marathon, much less a marathon! Kudos to you for doing so! Keep talking about all your great workouts because I need the inspiration to at least maintain (if not increase!) my exercise regimen. emoticon

TG - a half marathon - that is outstanding!! I hope you can make it work for you. Would TC do this one with you?

I was just rereading your 100 day blog and it is absolutely amazing how far you have come in a fairly short period of time and now you're thinking half marathon!!

You are an inspiration to all of us.

Now about work - how come, at our age, our worklife sucks? Something is out of balance in the universe.

Anyway - you keep goin - I really hope you can do the half marathon.

Hope you like your new clothes as well - always feels good to get into a smaller size!!

    Have a great day!

Good luck on your half marathon, if it is going on. You can do this. Sometimes life is a downer but it always goes back up. Tomorrow will be better. Have a happy evening and a great tomorrow.
