Not off to a good start

Saturday, September 12, 2009

Well my weekend did not get off to a good start. I went over on my calories considerably but I will get back on track tomorrow. Tomorrow is a new day and a new start. Actually looking forward to it. Have a good nite all. Bye.

What happened YESTERDAY isn't as important as what happens TODAY! Have a great day today, and you are back in business! You can do it!

Weekends are always tough for me, as well. Just returned from the movies where I fell off the wagon and indulged in a large popcorn and large diet soda. As you say, tomorrow will be a day to get back on track. I plan to get out and golf to burn calories and get in some much needed walking.
    Have a nice evening.

Of course you can get back on track again tomorrow. And another poster once gave me a tip to do a bit of extra exercise the day after to make up for the extra calories. That advice makes sense to me.
