I guess blogging and I weren't meant to last!! lol

I'm very excited to be back on here though, especially now that I have close friends joining !!! What up all you WBC brides!!! I would also like to give a shout out to my good friends CLBISSCHOP and ROVISI !!! chek them out if you haven't yet!! CLBISSCHOP just started this week!! Welcome to SP!!!!

I have to say, I have been REALLY good with my diet and excersising the past four weeks, I'm not food logging on SP anymore, and have gone back to just keeping a food diary. It's working for me so far, so I will stick with it!! I am down 4 lbs after a gaining a bit right before my period (normal for me)

I started cycling in the summer to get to work and stuff, and that has helped a lot.

I recently started focusiing on living a helahty lifestyle rather than focussing on losing weight. I think in the past my obsession with seeing the scale move has made my mind anything but fit!!! I need to be careful, it's a slippery slope!! Rather than focus on looking good on my wedding day, I want to start out my new marriage feeling my best, and living a healthy active lifestyle with my new husband. I'm lucky becuase Britton is very health conscious, so he's been very encouraging, and always up for going on a bike ride, or even going out dancing with me!!

I just read over my older posts and cringed. Wanting to drop a bunch of weight to "look good in engagement pictures if at all possible" and trying to lose 26 lbs before my birthday!! GOOD LORD.

I obviously didn't lose 26 lbs before my birthday, and the dress was ordered, I look amazing in it by the way, even though I'm not as thin as I would like to be! I also had my engagement shotot and I'm convinced the pictures will turn out fabulously as well. My photographer said we were a very photogenic couple, and they want us to do other shoots with them for their portfolio (for FREE!) so obviously the pictures turned out!!!

I'm going to change my homepage information too. "my goals" will no longer be to lose 15lbs for my wedding. I just want to be my best possible going into my new marriage.

So... I will be blogging my progress, and fat days (we all have them!) on here.
