long work days are not good for my exercise program!!

I am still struggling with my exercise .I can find all kinds of excuses not to do it,on the days I do have time to do it. Lately, I have been going into work early 3-4 am,and work 12 hour shifts. Normally, I exercise before work, but on these days I can't, and when I get home, I am too pooped!!When we have enough staff, I can take a walk at lunch, but lately, that has not been happening either.I do feel so much better when I do exercise. I guess I need to push myself harder..
