Hi,Just the word DIET sends slivers of dread down some peoples spines, including mine. And the first thought in our heads is to hit the hills running and not look back until we are as far as we can be from the that word. Because most of us has been in a series of yo-yo diet all our lives that didn't work. We lose,we gain back and forth till we just gave up with the struggle and say heck with it. Like Me. That is how I have become a whopping 378 pounds. I have weighed more, but with my on and off again romance with food,I have basically stayed in the range between 370 to 380. And every New Year i promise my self this year be the year that i lose to my goal weight. I start out strong but after a couple weeks it gets harder and harder to stay on a diet so before long the weight i lost finds me again and usually brought back some extra friends too.Because lets face it nobody wants to stay on a diet for long with blah blah food. it's a sure bet for food binging. But I am hoping with Spark peoples help and all the cool info they have to keep me on track and help provide some interesting recipes and tips of all kinds and support I'll lose to my goal weight.So INTO THE BATTLE WE GO! And hopefully a slimmer person will immerge! So until next time, I'll be In ta the battle!
