"The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen." Frank Lloyd Wright

In our battle of the bulge, we often find ourselves thinking about eating, since that is what we're trying to control.
But how do we stop thinking about what until now has been a major focus of our lives?
Our minds will create a way if we let them. We must believe it CAN be done. We must use the word POSSIBLE, a success word and think of any roadblocks to our success and list all of the reasons why and how we can OVERCOME that barrier. We must focus our mental concentration on why we CAN, rather than on why we can't.
If we BELIEVE WE CAN, we will find solutions. We can become the person we want to be. We must BELIEVE IT CAN BE DONE! To accomplish anything worthwhile, we must first believe we can. Believing something releases our minds to find a way to achieve it.

Florence Nightingale once said of her success, "I attribute my success to this – I never gave or took any excuse."
Abraham Lincoln said, "Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other one thing."
Sir Winston Churchill told us, "It is no use saying, 'We are doing our best.' You have got to succeed in doing what is necessary."
