off track this weekend

I have had some setbacks this weekend. i worked a very long day yesterday,and then went to help on a supper last night, and did not get home till late. We were very busy all evening, so ended up nibbling all evening, instead of a healthy meal, plus, I did not get a chance to exercise. Today, I was exhausted,and started out eating well,but someone brought in some delicious cookies that were so nice and gooey that I could not resist. Seems like when I am so tired, I don't have as much willpower. The day went downhill from there, plus i did not exercise. I am off tomorrow, and need to get back on track. I really don't feel good when I get out of control..so why do I do it?????ARGGGGHHHHHH!!!!
