I did not exercise today because I am recovering from being sick.
1. Cardio- Rest
2. Soda control-1 soda today (12oz.)
3. Strength-training-Rest
4 Crunches-Rest
5. Healthy Eating-Ate at my calorie range
6. Water-11-Cups.
