I did not exercise today because I am recovering from being sick.

1. Cardio- Rest

2. Soda control-1 soda today (12oz.)

3. Strength-training-Rest

4 Crunches-Rest

5. Healthy Eating-Ate at my calorie range

6. Water-11-Cups.

    Hope you are fully recovered soon! We've been hit by the flu here and I am sooooo done with it. I didn't get it but having a bunch of sick kids makes everything more stressful. I think we are at the end of it though.

    Make sure you are fully recovered before you start the workouts again.
