I had a good diet day today but did not exercise. Ended up working late. Tomorrow & Wednesday will be late nights as well.
I have to start going into work earlier on T/TH so I've got to give up the fitness center. But I figure I can use my weights, get on the treadmill for 3 miles, and get to work on time.
Like Makambo and Vandal, I am going to use this week to get back to basics. I gained 1/2 pound, so Vandal you did better than me! But this is a new week!
