Stressed out and finding myself snacking more

Yesterday I had to take Christopher to the doctor for flu like symptoms and running fever. His flu test up the nose came back negative but fever last night went to 103.6 which is higher than he has ever had in his life. I also am missing my baby girl because I am having to leave her with my Mom due to her bubba being sick so I am finding myself snacking way more due to nervousness. My other daughter is also battling a UTI so I am getting it from all sides here. Please pray for out family that God sees us through and we all get well once again.

    Wow, I am a mother of 3 boys and I know how it is when you feel like the world is on your shoulders, are you just have a lot going on! But is going to be okay. We'll be praying for you and make sure you are praying as well and keep the faith and believe God for healing amongst your family..

    My mother always told me that this too shall pass and it will
    but i understand how you feel. i am quiet a bit older than you
    and i raised 3 girls and i always remembered "and this too
    shall pass". Sometimes i thought it never would but it did.
    You are blessed to have those precious ones. Will be praying

    It is so hard having a little one sick and I understand your concern for all, even yourself. When you feel like snacking grab a glass of water or cup of tea, then give yourself a few minutes to see if the snacking urge goes away, so many times we snack without thinking. Hang in there MOM. emoticon
